Return Policy

Our returns policy is valid for 30 days. If it is over 30 days since your purchase we cannot offer a refund or exchange except in the case of warranty issues.

We will not provide a refund or exchange if you simply change your mind about a product you have purchased or have purchased an incorrect solution to your yard without seeking professional advice from us.

To be eligible for a return within 30 days, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

You must contact us before returning any item for any reason. We will refuse any package returned to us that does not have a properly issued return merchandise authorisation (RMA) number on the outside of the package.

An RMA number may be obtained by emailing service@robotmowersaustralia.com.au. Our customer service staff are available to help you Monday through Friday 9.30 am to 5.30 pm EST.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Repairs (if applicable)

If you have a minor problem with your item a free repair can be provided to remedy the product to working order. If during the inspection it is determined the product was willfully neglected to deteriorate to a major failure, a repair or refund may be declined.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days from approval.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Before calling us, wait 14 days. If you haven’t received a refund yet, double check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@robotmowersaustralia.com.au and the return address will be advised.

Shipping

To return your product, email us for return instructions including the address to send the item to and for an RMA number.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where your location the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
