Warranty Coverage

Warranty terms vary by brand and product. As an authorised dealer, we handle warranty claims on behalf of the manufacturer — you deal with us, not an overseas support centre. In most cases, warranty covers manufacturing defects and component failures under normal use. It does not cover damage from incorrect installation, collisions with obstacles outside the mower's detection range, water ingress beyond the rated IP rating, or normal wear items like cutting blades and tyres.

What Happens After You Lodge

We aim to respond to all warranty and repair enquiries within one to two business days. For straightforward issues — software faults, app connectivity problems, charging errors — we can often walk you through a fix over the phone or via video call without the machine needing to leave your property.

For hardware faults that require hands-on work, you can bring the machine to our workshop in Ingleburn, or for clients within our Sydney service area, we can arrange an onsite visit. Commercial clients outside Sydney should contact us directly to discuss logistics.

What to Include in Your Form

To help us triage your request quickly, please include your machine's brand and model, the serial number (usually on a sticker on the underside of the mower or on the charging station), a clear description of the fault, and when it started as well as all steps taken to attempt to resolve it. Photos or a short video of the issue are helpful if the problem is visible.
