Frequently Asked Questions

What does PreciEdge actually do?

It's an automated edge-mowing system that cuts right to the lawn boundary as part of the normal mowing cycle, so you don't need to follow up with a whipper snipper along the edges.

Does the S115 need a perimeter wire or RTK antenna?

No. It uses RTK plus AI vision to navigate, so there's no wire to bury.

How big a lawn can it handle?

Up to 1,500m². For smaller yards, the RockMow S108 covers up to 800m² at a lower price point.

What's the difference between the S115 and the RockNeo Q-series?

The S115 includes PreciEdge edge mowing as standard and electronic cutting height adjustment from the app, where the Q-series needs PreciEdge added as an optional accessory and adjusts height manually.

Can it handle slopes?

Yes, up to 45% (24°). For steeper terrain, the 4WD RockMow Z-series handles up to 80%.

What's the warranty?

3 years domestic warranty from Roborock, with the battery separately covered for 2 years.

Manufacturer's Warranty

The Roborock RockMow S115 is backed by a 3-year domestic warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, excluding consumable parts such as blades. The battery is separately covered by a 2-year battery warranty.

To make a warranty claim, contact Robot Mowers Australia with your proof of purchase. Our team will assess the fault and coordinate repair, replacement, or refund in line with the warranty terms.

Australian Consumer Law

In addition to the manufacturer's warranty, this product is covered by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover consumable parts (such as cutting blades), or damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper installation, use outside of recommended operating conditions, or failure to follow the care and maintenance instructions in the user manual.
