Where does the RCM01 perform best?

The RCM01 is built for premium turf where cut quality, consistency, and presentation matter most — especially golf fairways and other professionally maintained turf areas.

How quiet is the RCM01?

Under factory backlapping settings with reel speed at 1,000 rpm, noise is below 75 dB at 3 metres. Actual sound levels may vary with turf conditions and reel setup.

How much area can it mow on a single charge?

In field testing, a fully charged RCM01 can mow more than 20,000 m² (5 acres). Actual productivity depends on mowing frequency, turf conditions, surface smoothness, and reel setup.

How many fairways can one mower handle?

Based on field experience, one RCM01 can typically maintain 3 to 4 fairways, or about 25,000 to 30,000 m² (6.18 to 7.41 acres), at a mowing frequency of two to three times per week.

How is the RCM01 charged, and how long does it take?

The RCM01 uses an 8 kWh LFP battery system and currently uses manual charging — the mower returns to a designated parking point for charging and inspection. With the 2,000 W charger it reaches 0–90% in about 5 hours. All battery packs can typically be swapped in about 5 minutes.

Can the RCM01 create striping patterns?

Yes. The RCM01 supports adjustable striping width, mowing width, and mowing angle. Striping width can be set from 700 to 5,000 mm and mowing width from 300 to 670 mm.

Will the RCM01 avoid sand traps, ponds, or steep drop-offs?

The RCM01 can detect typical height-based obstacles. For sand traps, ponds, or steep drop-offs outside the mowing boundary, we recommend marking them as obstacles or no-go zones during mapping.

Can it mow multiple areas in one job?

Yes. The RCM01 supports multi-area operation — moving from a parking point to Area A and then to Area B — as long as the areas are connected by planned transit paths.

Can one operator manage multiple mowers?

Yes. Through the app and management platform, one operator can monitor mower status, manage mowing schedules, and oversee multiple work areas efficiently.

How often should the reel cutting units be serviced?

We recommend checking reel condition after about 10,000 m² of mowing. Under good turf conditions, the backlapping interval can often be extended to 20,000–25,000 m². The app can set maintenance reminders by time or accumulated mowing area.
