What is the HydroForce™ roller mop system?

HydroForce™ is MOVA's proprietary roller mop technology that uses a rotating cylindrical mop to scrub floors rather than just wiping them. This delivers a deeper, more thorough clean — especially effective on dried spills, sticky residue, and heavy-traffic areas.

Does the S70 Ultra avoid carpets when mopping?

Yes. The roller mop lifts up to 12mm when the robot detects carpet, preventing the mop from transferring moisture to carpet fibres. This means it can vacuum and mop in a single pass across mixed-floor homes.

How does the auto-empty and self-cleaning base station work?

After each cleaning session, the S70 Ultra returns to its base station which automatically empties the dust box into the 3.2L dust bag (good for weeks of cleaning), washes the roller mop using the on-board clean water tank, and dries the mop to prevent odours. The dirty water is collected in the 4.5L dirty water tank.

What is CovertSense™ DToF navigation?

CovertSense™ is MOVA's navigation system using a Direct Time-of-Flight (DToF) laser sensor housed in a slim 90mm profile. It maps your home accurately in 3D, enabling precise room-by-room cleaning, object avoidance, and reliable return to the dock.

How powerful is the suction on the S70 Ultra?

Is the S70 Ultra suitable for pet owners?

Absolutely. The 32,000Pa suction combined with the main brush design is engineered to lift embedded pet hair from carpets and hard floors. The auto-empty function means you rarely need to handle the hair directly.

How often do I need to refill the water tank or empty the dirty water?
