What makes the Z60 Ultra different from a standard robot mop?

Most robot vacuums with mopping features simply drag a damp pad across the floor — they wipe, not wash. The Z60 Ultra uses HydroForce™ technology: a 25.6cm spinning roller mop that continuously sprays fresh water, scrubs the floor under 4,100Pa of downward pressure, and rinses the mop in real time. The result is genuine floor washing, not surface maintenance.

How does AutoShield™ protect my carpets?

When the Z60 Ultra detects carpet, it automatically lifts the roller mop 14mm and deploys a physical moisture shield underneath the robot. This prevents water from dripping onto the carpet as the robot transitions between surfaces. Carpets stay dry while hard floors get washed in the same cleaning run.

What is the maximum obstacle height the Z60 Ultra can cross?

StepMaster™ 2.0 allows the Z60 Ultra to cross two-layer obstacles up to 80mm — equivalent to a 4.5cm + 3.5cm double threshold with a 7cm gap between steps. For a single vertical step or obstacle, the maximum crossing height is 48mm. This handles most door tracks, rug edges, and room-to-room transitions without issue.

Does the Z60 Ultra get stuck on thick rugs?

No. The LiftPro™ Chassis system automatically detects shaggy or thick-pile rugs and raises the entire robot chassis to glide over them smoothly. This is in addition to the AutoShield™ system that lifts and shields the mop — so thick rugs are both cleaned and kept dry.

How does the self-care base station work?

The All-in-One base station handles everything automatically: it empties the dust box into the 3.2L bag (good for up to 100 days), refills the robot's clean water tank, drains the dirty water, washes the roller mop with 80°C hot water, UV sterilises the washboard to kill bacteria, and hot-air dries the mop. You can go weeks without any manual maintenance.

What is MaxiReach™ and how does it improve edge cleaning?

MaxiReach™ extends both the side brush and roller mop outward beyond the robot's body during cleaning. The side brush sweeps debris away from walls, while the roller mop — already 25.6cm wide — extends a further 4.1cm to wash right up to skirting boards and into corners. MOVA claims 99.99% edge coverage in standard mode.

Can the Z60 Ultra fit under low furniture?

Yes. The FlexScope™ retractable DToF navigation sensor automatically retracts when the robot approaches low-clearance areas, dropping the robot's profile to just 96mm. This allows it to clean under most standard sofas, bed frames, and storage furniture where dust typically accumulates.

Is the Z60 Ultra good for homes with pets?

Yes. The AI PetMate Mode is specifically designed for pet owners. The binocular AI camera detects pet waste with high accuracy and avoids spreading it across floors.
