How big a property can the Z150 handle?

Up to 5,000m², the largest coverage in the standard Z1 range. For acreage beyond that, multi-charging-station setups let you split the property into zones each mower services on its own schedule.

3 years domestic warranty from Roborock, with the battery separately covered for 2 years.

Manufacturer's Warranty

The Roborock RockMow Z150 is backed by a 3-year domestic warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, excluding consumable parts such as blades. The battery is separately covered by a 2-year battery warranty.

To make a warranty claim, contact Robot Mowers Australia with your proof of purchase. Our team will assess the fault and coordinate repair, replacement, or refund in line with the warranty terms.

Australian Consumer Law

In addition to the manufacturer's warranty, this product is covered by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover consumable parts (such as cutting blades), or damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper installation, use outside of recommended operating conditions, or failure to follow the care and maintenance instructions in the user manual.
