The WORX Landroid Vision Cloud WR318EA is backed by the WORX manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. Registering your Landroid in the WORX app may extend the standard cover, so check the current warranty term at registration.

To make a warranty claim, contact Robot Mowers Australia with your proof of purchase. We'll assess the fault and coordinate repair, replacement or refund in line with the warranty terms.

This product is covered by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper installation, use outside recommended operating conditions, or failure to follow the care and maintenance instructions in the user manual.
