Mammotion YUKA mini 600 Robot Lawn Mower: Wire-Free Mowing for Small Australian Lawns

The Mammotion YUKA mini 600 is the most affordable way into wire-free robot mowing. It's built for small front yards, courtyards and compact back lawns up to 600m², with no perimeter wire to bury. It positions itself with Mammotion's NetRTK combined with dual-camera AI vision, maps your lawn in about 10 minutes through the Mammotion app, and cuts from 20mm to 60mm.

The 600 runs about 55 minutes and mows roughly 100m² per charge, then recharges in 90 minutes. A 200–300m² suburban lawn is where it shines. If your lawn is close to 600m², the YUKA mini 2 1000 gets through it in far fewer charge cycles.

Key Features

  • No boundary wire: NetRTK plus dual-camera AI vision for centimetre-level positioning. Set boundaries in the app.
  • 10-minute AI auto-mapping: The mower builds a virtual map of your lawn during setup.
  • Up to 15 mowing zones: Give the front and back yard their own schedules and mowing patterns.
  • AI object identification and avoidance: UltraSense AI Vision spots and steers around obstacles on the lawn.
  • Corner-to-edge cutting: Rides along level boundaries such as paths and mowing strips for a cleaner edge.
  • Handles slopes to 50% (27°): Rear-wheel drive with a floating cutting disc that follows uneven ground.
  • 20–60mm cutting height: Five pivoting razor blades on a single 190mm cutting disc.
  • Lightweight at 10.6kg: Easy to carry between front and back yards, with a detachable battery.
  • Anti-theft protection: GPS tracking, geofence alarm, out-of-zone app alerts and owner authentication.
  • Voice control: Start mowing through Alexa or Google Home.

4G module Required for Net-RTK if Wi-Fi is not available.

Frequently Asked Questions

How big a lawn can the Mammotion YUKA mini 600 mow?

It's rated for lawns up to 600m². It mows around 100m² per charge, then returns to its charging station, recharges in about 90 minutes and carries on. It suits small to medium suburban lawns best.

Does the YUKA mini 600 need a boundary wire?

No. It uses Mammotion's NetRTK positioning combined with dual-camera AI vision, and you set the lawn boundary in the Mammotion app during a 10-minute auto-mapping setup.

What's the difference between the YUKA mini 600 and the YUKA mini 800?

They share the same body, cutting system and 10.6kg weight. The 800 has a 6.1Ah battery that mows about 200m² and 150 minutes per charge, while the 600 has a 2.4Ah battery good for about 100m² and 55 minutes. The 600 recharges faster, in 90 minutes versus 230 minutes.

Can it handle slopes?

Yes, up to 50% (27°). It's rear-wheel drive, and the floating cutting disc adjusts its height to follow uneven ground.

What cutting heights does it offer?

20mm to 60mm, with five pivoting razor blades on a 190mm cutting disc.

Can I manage my front and back yards separately?

Yes. The app manages up to 15 mowing zones, each with its own schedule and mowing pattern.

Does it work without Wi-Fi at the far end of the yard?

It connects over Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. For full-time connection anywhere on the property, add the Mammotion 4G Module for YUKA mini, sold separately.

What anti-theft features does it have?

GPS tracking in the app, a geofence alarm if it's moved outside the set area, app notifications if it leaves its mowing zones, and ownership authentication so only the registered owner can use it.

What warranty does the YUKA mini 600 have?

Mammotion covers the YUKA mini with a 3-year warranty, and Robot Mowers Australia handles warranty support for mowers bought from us.

Where can I buy the Mammotion YUKA mini 600 in Australia?

Robot Mowers Australia stocks the YUKA mini 600 at Mammotion's recommended retail price of $1,499 including GST, with setup advice and servicing from our Sydney workshop.
