Mammotion Luba 3 AWD Robot Lawn Mower - Australian Release Dates and pricing
The Most Advanced Robot Mower We’ve Ever Stocked
Pre-orders now open | Arriving Australia late April 2026
We’ve been in the robot mower game long enough to know when something genuinely game-changing arrives. The Mammotion Luba 3 AWD is that mower. Unveiled at CES 2026 to enormous fanfare and already picking up the 2026 SEAL Sustainable Product Award, the Luba 3 is the flagship robot mower that Australian lawn owners have been waiting for — and it’s landing on our shores in late April.
Here’s why we’re excited, and why you should be too.
The World’s First Tri-Fusion Navigation System
Previous robot mowers made you choose: wires, RTK base stations, or basic camera vision. The Luba 3 throws all three technologies together — 360° LiDAR, RTK positioning, and dual-camera AI Vision — and calls it Tri-Fusion. The result is ±1 cm positioning accuracy in conditions that would have stumped any earlier mower: dense tree cover, shifting shadows, complex multi-zone layouts.
The 360° LiDAR scans up to 100 metres, building a live 3D map of your property from ground level to tree canopy. The built-in NetRTK module connects via 4G or WiFi for precision positioning — note that a reliable signal across your entire lawn is needed for this to work. Not a problem for most properties, but worth checking. And for those on rural blocks or with patchy coverage, the Luba 3 AWD 3000, 5000, and 10000 all include a physical RTK reference station as a backup option, so you’re covered regardless.
Built for Real Australian Yards
Australian properties aren’t flat, manicured rectangles. We have slopes, native garden beds, pools, kids’ toys, and the occasional possum. The Luba 3 is ready for all of it.
• 80% slope handling (38.6°) via four independently driven AWD motors
• 300+ obstacle types recognised by a 10 trillion operations-per-second AI chip
• Smart Cliff Shield detects pool edges and drop-offs automatically
• IPX6 weatherproof — it’ll handle whatever Australian weather throws at it
• Up to 50 mowing zones manageable from your phone
Serious Cutting Performance
This isn’t a toy. The Luba 3’s 400mm cutting width and dual 165W high-torque motors with six-blade discs can cover up to 500 square metres per hour*. A 15Ah battery delivers up to 220 minutes of runtime per charge, covering up to 5,000 square metres per day — all while automatically adjusting power based on grass density. *conditions like grass length, density, slope etc will affect these stats in real life
Cutting height adjusts between 25–70mm to suit buffalo, kikuyu, couch, or whatever your lawn throws at it.
