from 17 reviewsGreat product. Very clean cut and it is a very smart lawn mower. ☺
Works well now. Had a bit of trouble to start but Dirk from RMA provided great support so very happy. Having local support is a big plus.
I love my Luba, it does a fantastic job on my lawn, having only to whipper snip and not having to mow I can attend to other jobs on my property , regards Mick.
Great communication. Answered any questions I had. Well packaged.
Quick delivery. Good to deal with.
Really happy with our Segway Navimow. We did pretty extensive research for our acreage property and reached out RMA and confirmed it was the right choice for the price point. Purchase and delivery went smoothly. Setup of the new device has been a learning curve. But a few months in (over a hot Hunter region summer) we are thrilled with the results.
In order to get the best cutting results we have had to top dress sections of our lawn, edit zones (remap zones due to accidental deleting of them oops!!) and learned about cutting the grass to low. Its recovered and we have increased the cut height!!)
Our chickens and the family pet dog are now used to this orange thing buzzing around them.
We have recently sold our zero turn ride on mower which I believe is a testament to our confidence in the product. Thanks
I purchased "Rex" (Segway Navimow H3000A-VF) as I am no longer able to push a lawn mower of any kind due to age and failing limbs. My son set up the mower which was an easy process of driving around the perimeter of the lawn. The RTK GPS antenna was mounted on the second story of the house with a clear view of the sky. This gives perfect GPS reception which is the most important thing to consider when setting up the mower. Rex has exceeded my expectations; however, this does not mean he is perfect. Over many years my lawn has grown higher around paths and edges leaving a steep raised edge. Rex often gets stuck on these raised edges if his rear drive wheels get of the lawn. My soil is sandy, and rex struggles for traction in sandy soils. Often it is the cutting deck that gets caught on the lawn edge that makes him get stuck. Maybe if Rex could raise the deck if he detects he is stuck, he could get out of a lot more of these situations. I must say Rex does do an amazing job of freeing himself most of the time. The virtual fence (camera) is both rex's best and worst feature. I have found i need to turn off the virtual fence on many mowing zones which then leaves rex vulnerable to obstacles. If rex is on a lush green lawn the vision fence works very well however, if the lawn has even the smallest bare patch rex will not drive over it, and a vision fence exclusion zone must be created. A common problem in Australia's harsh summers. The app is good but could be improved on a lot. The biggest fault Rex will always mow until the end time in the mowing schedule, even if he has finished mowing the zone. There is a setting in the mowing schedule to change the mowing cycle so when rex finishes a mowing zone, he should go back to the charging station even if the scheduled end time has not been reached. This function does not work. No matter what the mowing cycle is set on, Rex will always mow until the end of the schedule time. Even if mowed 100% of the zone, he will start the zone again. A simple software problem which is hopefully fixed in future updates. I am using the latest app and firmware as at 03/02/2024. App version 1.5.1. A manual mow feature would be very useful, so if Rex misses a spot near a curb or potentially dangerous area you can come back and manually mow these areas. Another feature that is missing is being able to select the mowing pattern. Rex automatically selects the mowing path, which works well in most cases. However, if you have a long thin patch of lawn, he will spend a lot of time mowing across the shortest path. It would be nice to set long runs in this situation. An example of this is I have one zone that is 180m long and 2m wide. It takes Rex all day to mow and needs a recharge if mowing sideways and if mowing the long runs, he mows it in about 1 hour. If only I could set the pattern in this zone! This would save the battery a lot because it will reduce the battery recharge cycles.
Would I recommend this mower? 100% yes. The few minor problems are nothing to how good my lawn looks. My lawns have never looked better. And the best part is i do nothing. Rex does it all.
I am sure the few problems will be sorted out in future upgrades and Rex will continue to improve.
Overall, a great product.
Great service being able to hire and try out a luba 3000 before you purchase it as it’s a big investment
And great service to boot
Ist day out of the box had it set up and running in about 45 mins. I set an area of about 155 mins run time. It would have normally taken me on a ride on about 15 mins going in every tightening circles. Luba did a good job and I was able to go and do other things. I did keep going out and watching and checking so didn’t really save myself any time on this first mow. Next day a set a larger area 3 times the size and let it go unsupervised. Did a great job - while it was doing that I was able to to a granddaughter out. Then go for a bike ride, then do some other work and , hey I had my life back without being a slave to the yard work. Great investment!
Dirk from RMA was great, very helpful and is a real person. He was fair dinkum and true to his word.
Very happy with our new Landroid M+ WR149E being used for our 200m2 suburban Sydney lawn. Easy to setup & consistent cutting performance. RMA were knowledgeable & responsive to the one question I had prior to online purchase. Very fast 2-3 day delivery.
Excellent service
Amazing product, this mower will be the end of ride on mowers
Couldn’t be happier with my Luba AWD1000. This is perfect for my front and backyard. Mow quality is awesome, and after some fiddling around with the RTK, it’s proving accurate and consistent. Highly recommend
I have been really impressed with the ability and performance of the Luba, it has done everything that it has been asked to do and on very steep terrain.
The only issue has been with the Bluetooth connection to the Luba from my phone, which is always dropping out and showing weak signal.
If the Luba 5000 proves to be consistent and reliable over time, then I would have to say, that the Luba is an amazing machine.
